Your Contact Person in Hermann-Brill-Straße
The Concierge Team Klarenthal is a joint initiative of GENo50, GWW Wiesbaden and Nassauische Heimstätte. We are your reliable contacts for all houses in the upper Hermann-Brill-Straße and support you with small and large everyday concerns – uncomplicated and directly on site.
Our Tasks Include
- Accompanying you to the doctor or pharmacy.
- Assistance with small shopping trips (by appointment), emptying mailboxes, watering plants or accepting packages.
- Help with official letters.
We regularly check the outdoor facilities and buildings during our rounds: Are there any unauthorized garbage or bulky waste deposits? Are all lamps in the stairwells functioning? Are doors and emergency exits in perfect condition? The basement rooms are also checked periodically.
Our tasks also include the supervision and rental of the recreational area and other rooms in Hermann-Brill-Straße 12. In the Sprachraum, we offer courses to promote and expand language skills.
