Here, your physical and mental well-being is the focus. Our program promotes muscle strength, coordination, and mobility, as well as memory and endurance – be it through dance movements, targeted gymnastics and mobility exercises, or activating sound and dance events. Accompanying this, inspiring excursions into nature and entertaining memory training sessions provide balance and mental freshness. Even if no courses are currently listed, we look forward to offering you a holistic and motivating health program again soon.
